Raj is recognized as industry leader in healthcare for over two decades.   He has led large, complex organizations and has also founded and scaled start up organizations with meaningful impact. His ability to help companies achieve optimal performance in a short time frame has been a staple of his career. Raj currently serves as CEO of MyCare Medical and CEO of Duo Health.

Prior to joining CPF, Raj served as President at Alignment Health where he was responsible for new markets and corporate development and helped the company go public. Prior to Alignment Health, Raj was the founder and CEO of Castell, Intermountain’s risk bearing entity that helped providers and health systems move further into valued based care.  He also served as President of the Nevada and Idaho markets for Intermountain Health as well as having oversight of all ambulatory and population health functions for the enterprise. Prior to Intermountain Health, Raj served in multiple executive positions at Cigna including oversight of Cigna Medical Group, Onsite Health and founding member of CareAllies where he spearheaded value based care in a multi payer setting,  Prior to Cigna, Raj was instrumental in working with CMS in developing aspects of the Stars program and helping medical groups start to take risk in government and state programs.

Raj has a Masters of Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.
