Krista plays an integral role at CPF, identifying opportunities and growing relationships with founders that yield outcomes that surpass traditional private equity investment models.
With more than two decades of experience among growth-oriented, middle-market companies, she consistently optimizes equity value while helping founders at our portfolio companies achieve—and often exceed—their
business and strategic goals.

Throughout her career, Krista has successfully led initiatives to develop businesses, invest in add-on acquisitions, enhance operational efficiencies and execute value-optimizing exit strategies for high growth healthcare companies. She has also recruited, developed and integrated key management professionals, building teams that further support portfolio companies’ efforts to scale and grow.
Prior to joining CPF, she was Managing Director of Kayne Anderson Capital, and held positions at CHS Capital, Longview Asset Management, J.P. Morgan & Co. and McKinsey & Company. She earned a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
