With a proven record as both an operator and CEO, Gina brings unique insight into veterinary healthcare and consumer markets. She is committed to championing exceptional entrepreneurs and building enduring businesses that improve care for pets and the people who love them, while generating superior value for CPF investors.

Prior to CPF, Gina was CEO of SAGE Centers for Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care, which under her leadership became a national leader in specialty and emergency veterinary medicine and was acquired by NVA/JAB in 2022 for $1.2 billion. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Gymboree Corporation and Ariat International, leading global operations, supply chain, and compliance initiatives.

She earned a B.A. from Reed College and an MBA from Green Mountain College. Beyond her work in pet health, Gina is a passionate advocate for sustainability and regenerative education.
