Erin brings over 15 years of experience across in-house talent acquisition, retained executive search, and founding team construction within Venture Capital and Private Equity environments.

She has a track record of success in partnering closely with visionary leaders to build high-performing teams both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Chicago Pacific Founders, Erin served as the Director of Executive Search at Redesign Health.  In this role, Erin was instrumental in designing and scaling an internal executive search function resulting in significant value creation across their portfolio.  She is a trusted advisor in talent assessment, attraction, and retention—known for hiring top-tier talent to help companies grow and scale effectively.

Recognized as an innovative thought leader, Erin is passionate about solving complex business challenges through strategic human capital solutions. She holds a BA in Psychology from Iowa State University and resides in the Dallas, TX area.
