Cindy joined Chicago Pacific Founders in 2025, bringing deep experience in executive search and multi-level recruiting with a strong focus on healthcare. She has partnered extensively with private equity- and venture-backed organizations across healthcare, helping align leadership talent with business objectives and growth strategies.

Prior to CPF, Cindy was a Director at Chasm Partners, where she led executive searches for high-growth healthcare companies. In this role, she advised founders, CEOs, and operating executives on hiring strategy, market intelligence, and organizational design, while also managing and mentoring recruiting teams. Earlier in her career, she served as a recruiter at Atrium, where she supported clients across healthcare technology, legal, financial services, and professional industries, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz, a leading law firm in New York, where she managed attorney and business staff hiring as well as broader HR operations.

Known for her consultative approach and ability to build trusted partnerships, Cindy has successfully led searches across executive, commercial, and G&A functions.
