Brie is a strategic leader with a broad range of operational delivery experience, with special emphasis on helping provider organizations scale and systematize operations to enable consistent value delivery. She shares a deep passion for changing healthcare for the better.

Prior to joining Duo health, Brie served as Chief Operating Officer of Wellbe Senior Medical, an in-home provider group caring for the frail, polychronic senior population. During Brie’s four years at WellBe as the Chief Operating Officer, she was instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. During her tenure the company grew from 10,000 to 275,000 lives under management, expanding from 2 to 9 states and from 80 to ~1,000 employees.

Prior to WellBe, Brie served as Senior Vice President of Customer Onboarding and Integration at R1 RCM – a leading provider of technology-driven solutions that transform the patient experience and financial performance of healthcare providers – where she led the onboarding of over $30B in Net Patient Service Revenue and oversaw the integration of acquired entities into the broader R1 portfolio. Brie brings deep experience in process optimization and leveraging technology to achieve consistent value creation.

Brie has extensive experience in building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve both efficiency and outcomes.

She holds an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
