Aaron joined Chicago Pacific Founders in 2025, bringing over 20 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on healthcare. He has worked extensively with PE- and VC-backed healthcare companies across value-based care, healthtech, digital health, and multisite provider services. Prior to joining CPF, Aaron was a Principal at Chasm Partners, where he led the firm’s Select and RPO divisions, ChasmTeam, and partnered with high-growth organizations to build out leadership teams and scalable recruiting operations. His earlier experience includes 14 years in the RPO industry supporting talent strategies for companies such as Eli Lilly, Daiichi Sankyo, Carestream Dental, Cardinal Health, and CareFusion. Known for his consultative style and operational discipline, Aaron has successfully led searches across executive, clinical, technology, commercial, and G&A roles. He is driven by the belief that exceptional talent is the foundation for growth, innovation, and long-term value creation in healthcare.
